Coolwater Drilling is based in Bremerton, in Kitsap County. This listing comes from Washington State license records; no company website was found, so it does not list specific services or a service area beyond the office county. Ecology’s driller search lists three water well operators at the company, one of whom also holds a resource protection license. L&I lists electrical (domestic pump) and plumbing (domestic pump) registrations.
Ask the company directly which services it offers and where it works. Before hiring any well contractor, check its current Ecology and L&I license status using the links in the sources.
