Anatek Labs, Inc. - Yakima is the Yakima location of Anatek Labs, which also runs labs in Spokane, Wenatchee and Moscow, Idaho. It is at 4802 Tieton Drive and, like all Anatek locations, is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Tests for homeowners. Anatek’s private well page lists coliform bacteria (presence/absence, with positive samples checked for E. coli), an inorganic panel that includes arsenic, nitrate, lead, iron, manganese and other metals, plus pesticide, herbicide and volatile organic screens. Its 2026 private well price list also offers a PFAS package (EPA 533).
Prices. Anatek’s 2026 private well price list (dated 1/07/2026, viewed 2026-10-24) shows coliform bacteria at $42.00, nitrate/nitrite at $58.00 and the PFAS package at $375.00. The full Private Well List package is “call for pricing”.
Sampling. Homeowners request a sampling kit from Anatek’s contact form (“Sampling Kit - Yakima/Wenatchee”), and the site posts a private well chain of custody form and sampling instructions.
Accreditation. Ecology accreditation C1095 (current certificate C1095-26). Ecology’s drinking water scope for the Yakima location covers coliform and E. coli, nitrate and several general chemistry tests. Arsenic, other metals and PFAS appear on Anatek’s company price list; the Yakima scope does not list them. The Department of Health lists this lab for both nitrate and coliform testing of private wells.
